Piping Designer
Basic Level
- Interpretation of plans and diagrams
- Codes, standards and regulations
- Hydraulic sizing
- Materials: Pipes and fittings
- Tracing and distribution of pipes
- 3D installation design
- Supports and stress analysis
Addresses the fundamental concepts and tools for the basic design of installations. Duration: 6 months.
Fluid Installation Design Technician
Intermediate Level
- Intensification in codes and standards
- Calculation of hydraulic transients
- Dynamic and static equipment
- Regulation and control valves
- Thermal calculation and insulation
- PV Elite and Tank programs
- Introduction to CFD and FEM
- 3D Design (CADWorx, PDMS, Smart 3D)
Deepening in equipment design, instrumentation and advanced tracing. Duration: 9 months.
Piping Designer
Advanced Level
The subjects are intensified and expanded, training a greater number of design, calculation and installation representation programs, such as CFD for flow simulation and FEM for heat transfer.
The maximum level of professional specialization for exercise at the highest level. Duration: 12 months.
